Philippines take-home pay calculator, 2026

Monthly net pay after SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax, from the official figures for 2026.

12 equal monthly payments of basic salary and no overtime, allowance or bonus are assumed. The employee shares of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG come off first, and the BIR monthly withholding table is applied to what is left.

How this is calculated

Four deductions from the monthly pay

Your employer deducts your share of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, then withholds income tax on what is left. The big number above is the pay that reaches the bank account. See the contributions guide and the withholding tax table guide.

SSS

The employee pays 5% of the monthly salary credit, which is pay rounded to the nearest ₱500 and held between ₱5,000 and ₱35,000. The most is ₱1,750.00 a month.

PhilHealth

The premium is 5% of basic pay held between ₱10,000 and ₱100,000, shared equally, so the employee pays 2.5% and at most ₱2,500.00 a month.

Pag-IBIG

The employee pays 2% of pay up to a maximum fund salary of ₱10,000, so at most ₱200.00 a month.

Withholding tax

The BIR monthly table has 6 bands: nil up to ₱20,833 of taxable pay, then 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%. Taxable pay is gross pay less the three contributions.

13th month pay

13th month pay and other benefits are exempt from income tax up to ₱90,000 a year in total. The result shows one month's salary as a 13th month pay and how much of it is above that line. It is not added to the monthly withholding.

Not included

Overtime, allowances, bonuses, other income and the annualised year-end adjustment. Results can differ from your payslip.
