When you report an error

• Which page, and the values you entered
• The result you got and the result you expected
• Your source, such as a payslip line, a tax credit certificate or a Revenue page

Please hide names, PPS numbers and addresses on any payslip or letter you attach. Email is handled under the privacy policy.
