The calculators and guides on this site are general information. They do not take your personal circumstances into account. Results are estimates. Your contract, your payroll and the figures your employer, the Ministry or the labour court give you take priority.

What the calculators leave out

• Domestic workers, public sector staff and other groups the Labor Law does not cover or treats separately.
• Compensation for an invalid termination (Article 77), deductions the employer may make, and contract terms that give more than the law.
• The Executive Regulation, and the 2025 amendments (Royal Decree No. M/44), which could not be read in full in the latest check, and any change after the check date.
• GOSI contributions, which are not calculated.

Accuracy and changes

Rules are taken from the English translation of the Labor Law on the HRSD site, which is a translation, and from the HRSD awareness guide of December 2025. They are dated on the Sources and rates page. The Arabic text governs. Laws change, and there can be a delay before the site reflects a change. Rules as at 2 November 2026.

Limit of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss that results from using the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
